The dates and venues for this year’s European Camogie and Hurling Championships rounds have been announced. This year, camogs and hurlers from around the continent will travel to five different countries between May and October, visiting Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark and Germany.
Starting in May, teams will be hosted by Vienna Gaels for the first time before returning to Brussels (Belgium GAA) in June and Amsterdam in July. After the holidays, the Championships return to the Nordic region for the first time in many years with Copenhagen GAA hosting the penultimate round in September before the season finale in October.
Dual champions Belgium GAA will seek to retain their titles when the beautiful German city of Dresden hosts the finals for the third time following the success of previous editions in 2016 and 2017.
1st Round – May 4th – Vienna, Austria
2nd Round – June 15th – Brussels, Belgium.
3rd Round – July 13th – Amsterdam, Netherlands
4th Round – September 7th – Copenhagen, Denmark
Finals – October 5th – Dresden, Germany
