Club Information

Wrocław Éire Óg was founded on Christmas Eve 2022, becoming part of the growing GAA scene in Poland. Located in the city of Wrocław in southeastern Poland, the club was established following a meeting of 11 students from the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences (UPWr). The club has since expanded to include many people from the wider community, both Irish and people of other nationalities. Our club colours are maroon and white, adapted from the crest of UPWr, whilst our club badge incorporates two gnomes, a nod to the iconic gnome statues found throughout Wrocław.
The club consists of a Men’s Gaelic Football team and a Ladies’ Gaelic Football Team, with the hope of entering teams to compete in other codes in the future.
The club organises several social events throughout the year and is a great place for those new to the city to make friends and stay active. To find out more or get in contact, follow our social media link below!
